Ever since I stopped coloring my hair,the places were it's thin (high temples and back on top) have become very visible through my silver hair. Bosley thickening fibers has cured the problem.I bought the gray. It is a light silver color. The texture is fine, and it shakes of the the container very lightly. Not a ton of it, just a light sifting.How I use it is the pull the hair away from the thin spot and just shake a little, and then lightly blend it in with my fingertips. It leaves a light layer of color on my scalp and add bodys to the hair around it.This sounds like it could be a sticky mess that adds frequency to shampooing. Not so in my experience. I wash my hair one or two times a week, especially in the winter when the air is so dry. I condition it during the week with a little argan oil brushed through. My experience so far is that the color stays until I wash it, and there is no bad effect in terms of heaviness, attracting oils or dirt, or anything else you might imagine "fibers" would do.I've used similar products when I was dying my hair to hide the roots. Most of those are powders that do attract oil and make more frequent washing necessary. But I've never seen one before that not only provided the camouflage and actually improved the overall look of my hair.I love my gray hair, think it's beautiful. But I didn't like the scalp showing through. Now it looks as full and gorgeous as I want it to.Thanks, Bosley. This was just what I needed.

it's okay...I bought it thinking that Bosley was in the hair restoration business and wouldn't have come out with a product that so many others are selling unless they could make it better...I was wrong. I still think that Toppik is the best, and even though I hate the expensive price, it's finally worth it...I have to use much more Bosley to get the same result that a much smaller amount of Toppik achieves.

I am skeptical about anything and everything. I had hair transplant surgery and the worst thing about it is "shock loss" or hair you already had that you lose because of the surgery...so in other words, you look worse for many months then you did before the surgery. Kinda ironic, since you go to get more hair...but I needed something to cover up the thin areas. I looked at several products online and this one had the best reviews. It took me a while to get the color right. My hair is dirty blond, but it grows in dark. The light brown is closest for concealing for me. I originally bought light brown and blond. When I looked very closely, it seemed as though I needed to go a little darker and after reading some reviews, people were suggesting to go a shade darker than your own color. I bought the dark brown. I found that after layering, the dark then the light and a little blond I had a pretty good match. I have an area in the back where I was considering doing another surgery...I don't think I will. I will save my money and stick with this product. The only thing I would recommend to Bosley is to add more hair colors and perhaps adjust the colors a little. For instance, many reviewers state that there is a slight hue of red in the light brown fibers. This is definitely true. I've heard others claim the black has a shade of blue in it. One way or the other, I recommend this product.

Only use this occasionally and in just a couple of places when I am in my last week or so before getting color.Noticed it was not covering and finally realized container is totally empty!Like the product but not for the price of so little product.

Je suis trop satisfaite de ce produit. C'était juste pas claire comment choisir la couleur, donc j'ai pris ce qu'il était affiché, même si le noir n'est pas ma couleur. Malgré ça, j'ai une belle texture quand je mets la poudre et ça ne me dérange pas que c'est noir et pas brun foncé.
