It doesn't do much, it's just two sprockets surrounded by a bicycle chain, but it's an enjoyable experience to hold and spin in your hands in various ways. Highly recommended! Everyone wants to hold it and fiddle around with it.

Love this fidget. Looks great. Just wish it was a little bigger. But it’s a lot of fun.

This is the first fidget I’ve tried that actually works for me - it keeps my whole hand moving. There’s also something about the feel of the chain in my hand. This is very successful with tactile stimulation without being visually distracting. It’s not a distraction to others as it hides in the palm of your hand.My only complaint is the sound - in a quiet environment the movement of the chain causes the metal to click and squeak (I don’t know how else to describe it). It’s not loud, but people sensitive to sound close by will hear it.Otherwise, this is the best product I’ve found that helps with my anxiety, stress, and focus.

The case had a huge gooey sticker on it that left a unsightly and sticky residue.

This thing is NIFTY! I've always been interested in machines and watching them work, and even though this is just a couple of cogs with a small chain, I really dig it. There are several ways it can be manipulated, so it's a real treat for us ADHD-ers to help us stay engaged.The only thing I don't like is that the bushings above each cog are a little loose (like the screw holding them down are slightly too long and bottom out. Maybe that was by design to keep the cogs from binding up, as there aren't really any true bearings. I would have preferred (and paid a lot more) for an item with real bearings that operated smoothly without any wobble.Overall, I really like this fidget toy and would recommend it to any adult ADHD-er.
