1. Wet the toothbrush. 2. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the toothbrush. 3. Brush all surfaces of the teeth for about 2 minutes. 4. Rinse the mouth thoroughly with water. 5. Repeat as necessary, usually twice a day.
