This toner is my favorite when I’m dealing with acne. It really helps calm breakouts and keeps my skin clearer when I use it regularly. It feels refreshing without being too harsh or drying. Out of everything I’ve tried, this works best for me during acne flare-ups, so I always come back to it.

I've used 10.0.6 lotion since the 1970's. It cleans and refreshes the skin; opens and clenses pores; and tones. Leaving behind a healthy glow. It removes dirt and excess oil but never dries out the skin. I highly recommend it. Good stuff.

I have acne prone skin and I have been using this product for years. It really keeps the acne at bay. Softens the skin and doesn't dry it out. I love it!

After decades of using Neutrogena Rapid Clear 2-in-1 Toner, they discontinued the product. I searched for months to find a suitable replacement. The closest I could find is So Totally Clean Deep Poor Cleanser Acne Treatment. Both products have similar products. The only major difference is this product only has 0.5% salicylic acid compared to Neutrogena's 2% (max allowed in OTC products). So Clean has a nice light scent to it and it doesn't feel excessively dry after application. It seems to be a good replacement for my prior toner. I would recommend.
