The description says "no oil or butter is required". Can you add oil to the corn in the silicone piece, or is it strictly no oil/butter?

You don’t NEED oil to pop the corn, but I’ve found that a tiny bit improves the flavor and texture a lot. I probably wouldn’t throw a pat of butter in there because it would probably fly out with the first pop, but a little oil is fine. I butter after I pour it into another bowl.
