I'm using evening primrose oil for hair loss and thinning with good results. The flax seed oil is a bonus. The liquid caps are pretty large, similar to fish oil liquid caps. I'm using this along with biotin, and my hair looks healthy and the strands are thicker. I have new hair coming in! I definitely recommend using this supplement as part of an arsenal to combat hair loss. Remember that any significant results take time. I've been using this supplement for about 4 months which is the norm.

I ordered these through subscribe and save as my digestive disease doctor thought I should take 2 flax seed oil tablets twice a day. I got a better price on these than I did when I bought Nature's Bounty in grocery store on sale. The look identical and amount of flax seed oil is the same.

I started taking these about a month ago because I heard it would help with hormonal night-sweats. I noticed a difference the very first night!
