Great product! I take two tablets every day during my second trimester, but one day I forgot to take them, and that night I got cramps. Since then, I haven’t forgotten to take them again.

I help myself throughout my pregnancy.

No aftertaste. Easy to take. Who knows if they help. I just take them for nutrients while nursing.

The only reason I didn’t give this five stars is because it arrived with the safety seal broken. I get terrible achey teeth when pregnant and this supplement has got me thru growing two babies without the achey mouth. I take my dosage before bed and I swear the Magnesium helps me sleep, too! I’ve ordered from this same distributor over the course of two years and I’ve received two bottles total with the seal broken :( otherwise a great buy!

Baby has CMPA and therefore I can’t have any diary. This has been a great way to supplement my calcium requirements while breastfeeding.

These are great, they don’t have a weird flavor like some others I have tried

Although I am taking a good quality prenatal+DHA supplements for my pregnancy, currently at 24 weeks, I found that I would still get a bit sleepy and began having sensitivity in my teeth and bones... with further research I learned that both of those symptoms can be linked to low having low magnesium and or vitamin D(for fatigue) and calcium (sensitive teeth, etc) so I tried this product because not only is it free of a lot of additives, dyes and is in a vegetarian capsule(which I Need Lol) its completely preggo-friendly. They are easy to take and good price-it’s one month supply. Since adding them to my current routine I’ve felt a positive difference so far..z this is my second pregnancy so I hope that it’s a difference that’s here to stay. Also I don’t want to forget to mention how cute the package label is on this bottle! Will definitely be getting

I have problems with cramp in the morning, after my 5 months pregnant. Before that I took regular calcium not make for pregnant women 1,000 mg., after I took this for few days. I don’t have cramp anymore.
