Amazing stuff
So, I first tried G Fuel because of a youtuber with a discount code, figured "what the heck, I'll try it". I actually really love this stuff now. It tastes good so long as you put the right amount of powder in the right amount of water; I found that the 1 scoop per 16 ounces of water that it suggests is a bit off for me, makes it taste too powdery. 1 scoop per about 20 ounces of water is just right and it makes a huge difference. So fay I've had the peach mango flavor and the mystery flavor, and while I like both, I love the mystery flavor. The mystery flavor is Vanilla and Lychee berry, as near as I can tell. I really don't know why they don't just put that on the label, instead of that stupid 90's "Mystery Flavor" BS, but it's probably because most westerners don't know what a lychee berry is.So anyways, on to the main point- does it work? Yeah, it definitely works for me. I feel energized and focused for hours, whether I'm playing games, exercising, or both in the case of DDR. This has instantly replaced all of my other caffeine sources. I would definitely suggest that you buy it off of Amazon instead of their actual site though, because it's about $15 cheaper per jar on here. You might want to get a shaker cup too, as the powder seems to have a hard time dissolving in regular water bottles without some sort of agitator in it. If you do add it to water bottles, you may have to adjust the amount you put in, maybe 2/3 of a full scoop. Seriously, I feel like I can't stress this enough, if you put in too much powder for the amount of water, it will not taste good. I almost threw away my first jar after putting too much powder in too little water and thinking that was just how it tasted.

Great Marketing - Cheaper Alternative to Canned Energy Drinks
At the end of the day, what's going to give you the most energy is caffeine. When paired with nootropics/cognitive herbs, the layer of focus feels more apparent.I applaud G Fuel for basically owning the gaming market. My caffeine usage is typically a pre workout in the morning for fasted training at 4am. Usually in the 200-300mg caffeine range. Around the early afternoon, I need a pick me up. Being bored at work + early rising will do that to you. My options are: Caffeine Tab, Coffee, Canned Energy Drink, pre workout (unless your pwo has "grey area" stims or heavy pump inducing ingredients, there's really nothing "special" about a pre workout), man up and take no stims (thats no fun). This is where g fuel comes in. I could get free coffee from work, or take a caffeine tab for the cheapest options but I want something I can sip on while tasting great.Profile - I'm not a fan of proprietary blends and unfortunately g fuel has one. In this day and age its "hard" to come up with an original blend, so I don't see the point of hiding behind one. The complex's contain ingredients you'll commonly find in pre workouts. I wonder why they put in citrulline malate in here? citrulline malate helps with blood flow and endurance but that's only when you take in 6grams (assuming 2:1 ratio). the energy complex only comes in at 1.85g so this is basically pixie dusted in there. Go figure. citrulline tastes tart so maybe its for unintentional flavoring? Focus complex has tried and true nootopics in there...unfortunately you don't know the dosage. I also found it interesting the put in ATP in here. ATP has been studied and proved beneficial for working out if you take in 400mg a day. Lastly we have the antioxidant complex. I just consider this an added bonus.Taste/Strength of Flavor - I keep buying the "mystery" flavor over and over again. By now, you'll know its basically lychee. I like to mix any powder into a 16.9oz bottle of water, so I can just chuck it in the trash later. My only concerns are if 1 serving is strong enough (flavor wise) to in that amount of liquid. I know taste is definitely a preference but I like my drinks to be relatively sweet. I can safely say that 1 scoop is perfect for 16.9 oz.Oh yeah, I always weigh my servings on the first go of a product because I've seen huge variances via a gram scale. When you fill up an entire scooper its almost 2 grams over the 7 gram serving size. just food for thought.Cost - I always buy on amazon. theres quite a few lightning deals that occur frequently where you can get a full tub for $19-$23 and with prime its a big deal. g fuel doesn't typically go on sale at other retailers. check out priceplow. i know the official site will sometimes run b1g1, but shipping basically nixes the savings. amazon is your best bet especially if you have prime.Overall I love G fuel since its a great alternative to premade energy drinks. tastes great, mixes easily and a good value.

4 star
I gave it a 4 starts because the energy and focus is amazing but it taste like ass after drinking multiple times. Good the first few time and after that it's just not good for taste I force it down my throat just for the energy
