Almost proper pasta
This stuff is great. We have tried a lot of explore cuisine “pasta”For us this is the closest to our previous whole grain pasta addiction.Takes a bit longer to cook than other explore cuisine, tastes very similar to “proper” pasta, looks the same. Still an expensive option, but hopefully the price will eventually align closer to pasta.We’ll definitely be getting more of the fava bean fusilli

Very tasty
I wanted to find a non flour "pasta" and this was very tasty. Not quite as good as real pasta, but a very good alternative

Helps with mental function in ADHD. Maybe try for children.
Slightly different flavour/texture which could take a little getting used to, but I felt the difference mentally from having the higher protein content and less starch.I chose this to support dopamine levels with ADHD and it definitely makes a difference.

Nothing low carb here.
On the plus side this is very tasty pasta, almost indistinguishable from "normal". On the other hand it has exactly the same carb content as normal wheat pasta. Fair enough to sell it as an alternative, but there is nothing low carb about this very expensive product.

unimpressed with taste, cooking time, and it is too expensive
I was not impressed, taste is bland, took longer to cook than my usual pasta, but it's a lot more expensive too, so I wont purchase again
