Frontera Foods Guacamole Mix, 4.5 oz

I used to buy this by the case in the jars which is no longer available. So I tried this in the packet and I am just as happy as I was with the product in the jar. Made a large batch for family Christmas get-together. And there was not a drop left by time to go home. Everyone loves the flavor. And I love how easy it is to make. Just saw where the avocados and you're done. I do suggest letting it sit overnight and place plastic real tight on top of the dip itself, not over bowl, to keep from browning.

I haven't opened the packet yet - sadly, my order arrived completely frozen due to polar temps so I am hoping there was no need to pack it any differently than usual. Aside from that, I like my food relatively mild so I use 4 avocados instead of 2 as suggested on the packet and still have plenty of 'kick' and flavor in my guacamole when its done. My family and friends love it so I order it online whenever I begin to run low and cannot find it in the stores.

This is by far the best "packet" I've used to make homemade guacamole. Much better than the powder version often found in grocery stores. I use one packet with 4 avocado's, add a small amount of red onion and tomato with a dash of salt. I highly recommend.
