I use this whey protein, before and after the gym. Ive always purchased this brand and product as it’s safe, tasty and has good results. The protein comes with a measure scoop and has up to 30 scoops, depending on how much you require per day. I use the Banana flavoured powder, as it is not sharp or too sweet. This product is a must for any sports people!

Overall the USN BlueLab is a solid option to up your protein intake. After trying out a couple of similar brands I would say it lives up to its competitors in terms of efficiency and flavour (purchased the vanilla flavour), however it does offer good value for money compared to other options.Flavour (vanilla) - Solid flavour that is nice to be mixed with other food items if required (nice with oats etc). Isn’t the strongest flavour but also isn’t overbearing, nice with both water and milk.Protein Content - Offering 25g of protein per serving it offers a solid option, however alternatives can offer a higher protein content per serving.Overall good option, and certainly not bad for the price

USN Protein is really good, I use it most days to help stay lean as I'm not looking to bulk up, 1 scoop is 128 calories, 25g Protein and only 2.7g of Carbs, it also mixes well, tastes ok and causes no bloating/upset stomach..

The best protein powder in my opinion. I love that it doesn’t really taste like protein powder which makes it easier to drink.

Going back to the gym after lockdown i wanted some good quality whey and decided to purchased the Vanilla flavour after receiving a few tubs as a gift the year before and I liked them. I find the vanilla give a nice taste which doesn't seem to sweet or too bland.The portions are around 25g from each scoop which is great. It's easy to mix with water using any shaker and come out smooth.USN is a good reliable product and I hope it helps my journey of getting back to shape and increasing muscle mass.

Excellent profile and quality. Mixes well.. tastes even better. That's the pros..The cons are, I don't know what's in it, but I can't trust a fart for hours after having it. I've used the USN anabolic for a while.. no issues.. but this stuff is like a pre med laxative.3 stars because even though its good, I can't move more than 10 meters from a toilet for hours..
