Pfaltzgraff Rustic Leaves Covered Butter Dish

Very high quality. It's quite large, but that's nice because the butter doesn't hit the ends making it so you have to clean it all the time. The only con I have is that the grey color on the lid is different than it is on the dishes. This may be because everything is hand glazed and they all have a little bit of a different appearance (which I really like). It just seems like this doesn't match somehow. Not enough so that I'd return it or not use it! I just seem to be more excited over the 2 sets of dishes I got and think they're gorgeous... where with the butter dish its more of a "that'll do".

Very nice ceramic butter dish with nice design. Just be aware that the picture shows a much lighter shade a gray than how the lid actually appears. I would have liked a lighter shade of gray or even white on the lid.

Great quality and beauty

Doesn't match the "eating" dishes colorwise. Still , I returned. Wanted it by my S&P shakers. It's just not quite a match. Still, nice size and looks good. Done keep matching parts together visually...then no worries.

First off, you can pay $20 for the exact same butter dish at the Platzgraff website. Sure wouldn't pay $50.00 for it. My butter dish had a freak accident where I dropped bowl on it, and it shattered to pieces. Think i'll get a glass one instead.
