A friend recommended this air tube headset because of my concerns about EMFs or radiation. Her set had broken after 3 months, but I have a method of wrapping earbuds in a neat, infinity-shaped coil that keeps them intact for a long time. After 15 months of frequent daily use, I'm inspired to write that this is a high-quality product at a low cost. I'm very satisfied with the sound quality and the microphone, which I even use to record webinars and podcasts. I give it only 4 stars because I find some of the components awkward when the device is not worn: 1) the 90-degree bend in the ear-insert makes sense for wearing, but they otherwise act like little hooks that get caught on everything. 2) I sometimes wear the earbuds under tight earmuffs when the environment is noisy, and the bend in that piece hurts where the earmuffs press. 2) The metal amplifying (?) globes that connect the wires to the air tubes often click together loudly when I unroll or move the earbuds to put them on - at night the noise wakes up my partner! 3) The multiple, small-but-chunky components make it awkward for rolling into my favorite infinity-shaped coil that keeps the wire forever untangled. However, these are minor inconveniences I've learned to work with and I'd gladly buy the same set again.Something occurs to me about the reviews that say the sound is too low: the users probably haven't learned to use the volume slider on the white control bar where the two wires join; it's a very useful feature.Update July 18, 2019:Shortly after my 15-month review, the audio part completely stopped functioning. I ordered another pair, thinking that my $10 investment was a reasonable one and I really appreciated the radiation blocking air tubes. After just a few weeks, one side (audio) stopped working. I wrote to the seller and they told me not to worry and immediately sent me a replacement. It took a few weeks to arrive, but today we're back in business. I just tested them and we're good to go.Update April 21, 2020: Still using my air tube headset that I replaced shortly after first review. It’s been about 9 months with this set and I have become a raving fan of this little device. I take good care of them so they will last a long time. I use them now for hours of listening to guided meditations and to audiobooks on my long walks, as well as for phone calls and even for the microphone when I need one for online teaching.

I LOVE these ear buds, they are very comfortable and stay in my ears. The tubing makes me feel a bit "healthier". There is a clip to secure the wire to clothes. I listen to audio books as I garden and do chores and these were great, I can't speak to sound quality for music. So if they are so great why only 3 stars? I loved them so much that I bought a back up in case I lost the first. On the first purchase after a couple weeks I noticed that I heard in only one ear, but I'd jiggle the wire and get 2 ears again, then it became NO sound unless I jiggled, and then it was iffy, and finally I trashed them and took the second set. I knew I had been "unthinking" with the first set - a bit rough - so I made sure to be very careful with this second set. But after a few weeks the same thing happened. I won't buy ear buds every month... I went back to my cheapies from Big Lots that I treat worse than I ever treated these and they keep working for me.

They work well, but they only lasted a little over a year. The sound started great, but just before they quit working, the sound fluctuated between earpieces. Probably a broken wire caused them to quit working. It's also very easy for the earpieces to come off, and the possibility of losing one is high.

Worked well for a short time then broke. Kinda of cheaply made. I had to tape it for it to work.

These earbuds are a pair that have been my go to rebuy for years. They're reliable ear buds that have pretty good sound yet also are on the comforting size to come with customization. If you take good care of them they can last you easily a few years of use and they've served me well considering one pair lasted me 2 years. These are some great earbuds worth buying for the price

They were ok but very plastic n stiff

Wish this came in black. I own 2 other air tube ear phones, and this is probably the best sounding, and has the longest and thickest air tube from the ears to speaks by a few inches compared to the others I own. But, because of the clear tubing and white cord I use this the least because it looks like I am wearing a doctors stethoscope... so use my black ones instead for general use.

Performs as well as any regular (non air tube) wired headset that I've bought at or below this price point. It has a strong maximum volume and is comfortable to wear (also includes three different sized earbud sets). Music-wise, it has a heavy, full bass sound (which can sometimes be lacking in the cheaper headsets). Obviously, you don't get the same clarity and dynamic range as $70+ over-the-ear headphones (against which I directly compared), but it sounds pretty good. Also works well for phone calls, though I've had more complaints than usual (compared to other wired headsets) that it can be hard to hear me when I'm using them in a car. Easy volume control. Looks nice. Also, the cord has the right amount of thickness/stiffness so that it does not tangle easily. As a bonus, unlike a regular headset you don't have to worry about radiation emitting right next to your brain. Overall, a great buy.

Good sound, very good product. but I felt the price is not right.I found similar products, ( similar but looks exactly the same product) from other websites like eBay.comSimilar product was less than $5 on other websites, this is why I gave 2 star for this product.

The ear buds are uncomfortable and do not stay in - tried all sizes. My computer audio is at max in order to hear and the sound quality is not good. I will bear with it for a while until I can find better. Doing my best to avoid EMFs - these are just plain annoying.

I like that they are safer than regular ear phones, but they aren’t the most comfortable to wear

After 6 months of usage my experiences- cant be used as hands-free for phone, the voice echoes back at the receiver's end. The plastic case also broke after a month.. the cable also feels very weak, hasn't broken yet though but maybe because i am being very careful with it..

Great product! I didn't have great expectations but was pleasantly surprised. I am happy to know that I am not being irradiated or subjected to magnets that are not therapeutic.
