Schiek 2006 6" Nylon Weightlifting Belt (Large) Black

I bought this belt in a large using the measurements as described in the pictures. The belt is still too big (I’m a 34 inch waist in pants), when I try to get it really tight. I tried to return the item, and Amazon will not accept a return on it for “food safety reasons.” The belt itself is really nice, but I’m giving it three stars because of their return policy.

I can't say enough good things about this belt, I've been lifting since I was a teenager I'm my 40's now so I've been around a little. the ergonomic design of the belt make it very comfortable and effective. I had gotten away from using belts because I feel support equipment lets you work around weaknesses without addressing them, which just exacerbates the problem in my opinion so straps, wraps and belts were a non-starter for me. However, in looking to address the fact that I had neglected the deadlift for most of my life I got overzealous and tried to make up for lost time and I paid for it. Now I'm using the belt to ease into the lifting so I don't have to stop all together. I've used the old school big leather straps and the kevlar belts. this one beats all for my money.

I use this belt almost every day at work and must say it truly provides the support I need for my herniated disc. Great product!!!

Great support at a great price. I like that these belts are infinitely adjustable and I am not locked in to certain hole spacing like on many leather belts. I had been using the 4" version of this belt at my gym but decided to buy my own that was actually my size. Glad I moved up to the 6" and got the extra support.
