This is another awesome product from Cross. Writes fantastic, the action is smooth as silk, overall size feel perfect in the hand, no to light but also not too heavy. I ordered this pen as well as the Calais, I much prefer the Conventry. 10 out of 10, would always recommend Cross pens! Met and exceeded expectations!

Service warranty is perpetual, for as long as I own my pen and whoever owns it after me.

I just received the pen and it seems nice, though I haven't written much with it yet. I was immediately disappointed because for some reason, I thought I ordered a pen with blue ink but this one writes black. The listing says it comes with a refill, and there is no refill. If there WAS a refill, it would be black and I want blue. I also cannot open the pen to install a refill if I had one! I will update my review if the pen impresses me more after I manage to open it and change out the ink. It does look very nice, seems to write smoothly, and presentation is excellent. Classy.

Writes great as do all Cross pens and is a little longer than most pens making it great for larger hands. The gold tone is nice looking.

I love this pen! It writes smooth and is the perfect weight for my taste. I write a lot for work, so a great pen is essential and this is a great value for less of a cost compared to other fancy pens.

This is such a lovely quality pen and a brand I have used for years. This Cross Coventry pen comes nicely boxed so would be great for a gift also. The pen itself is black lacquer with gold-tone accents, has a twist action and is smooth to write with. Extremely happy with this and will continue to order this brand.
