Strange toy but my girl loves it! The earrings get lost easily and hair ties get tangled a lot. Bit disappointed the dressing gown is just a plastic part of the packaging too. The doll itself seemed well made but the head broke off completely after just a couple of days so I have a very sad child now as she had saved up for this with her piggy bank money. Hoping a replacement will last longer than the first one.

It's not that you are getting a doll what's said on the tin. Either one of 3 different make up on face, and one of the outfit that's styled differently.I suppose that "surprise" is the novelty part of this product as well and many kids love it but.....Some outfits and make-ups for evenings version are awful and don't want to take a chance getting one.Needless to say, returned.

My daughter had this doll on her birthday list and as it actually did something I got it for her. What a waste of money! The hair was extremely hard to brush and both our hands ended up sticky. The legs came off but I was able to reattach but then the neck broke!! You can imagine the tears on her birthday! The neck is attached so poorly that it literally snapped.

I don't know how kids are supposed to open these doll packages when an adult is struggling with them. But that aside, the doll is beautiful, the other face is fun, one can custom that to their liking. There's knowledge you get what you want but surprises too. Really fun, really beautiful.
