I have used Nasalcrom on and off for some years now. I discovered it when I was first learning how to deal with allergic asthma. I found that used several times a day, it greatly diminished my symptoms. Unfortunately, after a few weeks, I found the side-effects (mainly severe achiness) outweighed the benefits. I have the same problem with the steroid medications (some of them also make me nauseous). I have unusually strong reactions to medications, positive and negative, and it's a matter of deciding when and how to use something. Recently, I decided to try it again, and found I got significant fast relief from just one spray in each nostril (sometimes I try to do a half-spray--don't depress the plunger all the way) I use only when my hayfever symptoms are very strong. At this rate, the two .88 fluid ounce bottles I ordered will last for years. I just took a dose, my hayfever is gone, and my neck is already hurting.
