I bought this to go with my Japanese cast iron skillet and it worked out well. It is easy to clean up also. Seems to be high quality.

It's an awesome spatula. The handle is a bit shorter than most spatulas I've used, however the head or top is a lot wider than most. It is perfectly sized for my square pan used to make tamagoyaki. It is really sturdy, but the silicone it is made from is flexible enough to be used as a scrapper. Also it resists heat really well as I've accidentally left it on my pan for a little over a minute while prepping other foods to be cooked. My induction oven's highest level is 8 and what I had turned it onto was 5 at the time. Just don't do this to test it out.

I Love these! Was hesitant to buy as I thought they would have mushy edges so not good for turners or scraping pans but boy, was I wrong! These are the Best kitchen utensils I've purchased! They work like a breeze, turning eggs, serving lasagne, scraping the stuck on stew from the bottom of the pot! This morning cleaning the red sauce from the pot with a wood spatula (spurtle) was frustratingly slow, so pulled this one out and perfectly removed all the sauce in 2 scrapes! These are the best cooking utensils in my 2 counter holders and drawer full of stuff! Glad I got the 2 pack as it helps with serving enchiladas & lasagne, etc., so they don't break in length and the sauce & cheese stays together with the portion served.I highly recommend over any other spatula! They would be great gifts for new cooks, housewarming, showers, etc.

The width and sharp edge are great, I just wish it was deeper. Best tool ever for mixing and spreading homemade granola in the baking pan.Added bonus, it's perfect for flipping the omelet in a Tamagoyaki pan.

Work perfect for Japanese egg roll. The product is thin, soft and flexibly enough to flip egg and stickiness. I used it with high heat and it heat resistant. Good price for this quality.

Because of it's width and very slight 'give' at the edge, this little tool makes getting under and flipping over eggs or pancakes neater. I find that I use this more often than my harder spatulas. Easy clean, feels very sturdy. Cute too! Good purchase.

This spatula is great for daily use. I use it mainly for flipping eggs, and quesadillas. Holds up to the heat, and isn't flimsy. Cleans pretty easily too. Recommended!

I bought this to go with our new Tamagoyaki egg pan. It fits the pan perfectly. It's very sturdy, so easy to clean. Has a nice sharp edge to get under the eggs. Works great
