Laptop configuration is good as per detailed given.Speed including 8 GB Ram and SDD, battery backup , sound all are meet expectations.

Quite a tidy machine and decent value, no noticeable problems but it appears the RAM and SSD are just about the slowest you can get. Also no Windows product key supplied so ran in trial mode for a week before flagging up activation warnings and slowing down even more.

I have receive the laptop and Specifications is different than it mentionedThey showed 8gbRam & 128SSD, but the laptop which I received have 4gb Ram and not SSD its a HDD

They say windows 10 is loaded but its not. Its Windows 7/8

Battery life was an issue as not even a fraction of what was stated. Seller sent a generic replacement battery, free of cost, and that works ok. Worked for me as i had a very low spend budget.

If I didn't know any better, I would have bet that the item was brand new, never used before. It also arrived almost promptly. The laptop performs perfectly. It was just supposed to be a backup. The quality exceeds any thing that I had expected. It makes you wonder why anyone would want to spend more money on a new laptop.

This computer was a refurbished one with Windows 10 Pro. Whoever refurbed it did not reset it to factory settings. The former owner's name was still on the sign-in page. It took me three days to figure out how to get it to wipe all that stuff out and use my own name and password. I have been using a Chromebook for several years and bought this Dell for a few jobs that Chromebook can't do like getting music off an IPod and onto a SSD. I am not used to all the steps and pop ups that come with Windows 10 Pro. All I want to do is surf the web, not catalog national secrets. The unit itself is very nice, high quality with lots of features including a CD player which may not seem important these days but I have piles of movies and music CDs so now I can play them.. The battery has a very short life but I guess that is because it is a refurb. New battery is cheap. This unit was a couple of hundred dollars cheaper than a new one but I guess you can't expect perfection in a refurb unit.
