Blynx HydroClean Deep Cleaning Oral Irrigator Power Flosser with 2 Nozzles - Portable/Travel Size

I bought this Blynx Oral Irrigator because I have purchased a ToiletTree unit (however, the name on the unit I received is something else other than Toilettree even though the photos said so) from another seller on Amazon.com and love it. I also want a portable unit so I can bring it with me. I watched the video review done by another user and decided to give it a try. This unit has two modes, which are 'normal' and 'soft' (the ToiletTree has 3: normal, soft, and pause). So, here are what I found out:Pros:1. It is portable.2. It is rechargeable. No need to purchase and dump batteries.3. The color is nice.4. Price is fair.Cons (based on a girl's opinion):1. This oral irrigator is a bit too big for my grip thus it is a bit challenging to turn it on and off while using it. I have to use two hands. If the button is a press type like my other unit I bought from anther seller before this Blynx, it will solve the problem.2. It doesn't have a cap for the charge socket thus the water gets in there when used. You have to make sure the socket is dry when you recharge.3. the normal (strongest) mode is weaker than the ToiletTree's soft (weakest) mode, which I am using. Maybe it is because the stream is thinner?4. It produces a faint sound during charge. I can't say this is a bad product because I don't own anther other product from this same brand. Maybe I just got a defective unit.

The unit doesn't lock into the part the water goes in to keep it from sliding down while in use. Other than that it works great and cleans like it suppose to.

Really works well. Gets food stuck in between teeth that I can't get out even with floss.

what a find. i had some bad dental work and it was recommended i use a waterpik every day. i really needed it! but didn't want to lug the big unit to work. this fits perfectly in my desk drawer and is discreet enough when i take it to the ladies' room. the angle and power are not up to waterpik standards but for a portable unit, it sure does the job i need it to do... get stubborn food out between the tooth and gum.

i've had this item a few months, worked great. all of a sudden it won't charge. what happened? i 'm not tech savvy but plugging something in to charge should not be a problem. is the red light supposed to be on the whole time while charging? should it turn green when fully charged? i might need a new unit or my money back.b

I've only owed this for a few months and it just stopped working. I've checked and everything looks in place but no luck.
