Not much to say, I put these on the case-touching side of all fans in my PC to reduce dust going in. It is obviously going to reduce airflow speed since theres less surface area for air to move through, I'd say that it probably reduces air flow 'speed' per fan by anywhere between 25-50% (as if if you put your hand near it and feel air flow), but I dont think that directly translates into temperature control and I have no scientific way to tell the effect it has.I have 4 fans with these dust filters on and my PC has never gone above 40*c even running games to the max, so its clearly not an issue.With there being way extra, I can either give some away or find some use for them in crafts, they have a pretty good multi purpose.

Finding fine mesh in this quantity at an affordable price can prove challenging as it’s not always obvious what key words to search for other than “fine mesh” this product escaped my search efforts until a fellow Gaslander (a popular miniatures game using customised Hot Wheels cars) flagged it up.The photo gives some idea of scale against a Hot Wheels 1/65 scale car and it’s perfect, so look no further it’s an absolute bargain and will probably see you through more builds than you could ever need.The plastic cuts easily can be shaped in boiling water.Nothing more to add really other than I rate this product 10/10 for my model making needs.

Item as described. OK for what they are. Feel pretty good and look ok too.Also included were 4 screws for each filter/mesh. Seem pretty srurdy too. Really easy to install and the price for these is pretty good and decent value ofr the price. My only concern really is that with these installed on my fans, they do limit the air intake and air out. So bare that in mind if you are thinking of buying these. If you are only using your pcfor general every day things like surfing the net, emails, facebook and such. Then these should be ok I think. But for more demanding tasks like gaming or video editing, things that demand quite a bit of processor power and need more air flow to keep your system cool. Then I would advise on not installing these on your fans. As there is quite a bit of difference with these on as to the airflow.

I purchased these filters as I needed to make some emergency modifications to my old laptop due to an overheating problem (a classic HP design flaw), and bought these hoping they would do the trick. Really I only needed one filter, but considering the other alternatives, the price and thickness of these made them perfect. I was able to neatly cut them down to size, and used just one to cover some extra ventilation holes from the inside of the laptop case, without interfering with any of the components. I used glue to secure the filters from the inside, although there are plenty of screws provided.Overall, they've done the job perfectly with, and my laptop is now running much cooler without getting clogged up with dust.

It's a very thin sheet of a durable polymer with small holes, it works for what it is.the 120mm screw holes are perforated and i'd recommend you use the provided screws to pierce and remove the perforated sections. As a make shift filter these are perfect for what i need.
