This mount installed easily and is quite sturdy. You can mount your flag horizontal or at a 45 degree angle. It hold my 5 foot pole at a 45 degree angle perfectly. No complaints.

Bought for my son and his Arizona Cardinals flag and it's perfect, east to assemble

It serves its purpose as a flag holder but the quality control is poor. Supposed to be for standard 1" poles but the poor machining left rough edges that had to be filed down. Even after lots of filing/tooling with a Dremmel it still hardly fits. I got tire of messing with it so the flag pole sits about half way down. I guess I should have paid double the price for other competitor offerings, pretty sad.

Good strong flag holder, but included attachment screws are worthless. Recommend buying and using better screws for the purpose of attaching this item to the wall. This flag holder works best with 5 foot metal flag poles and 2 x 3 ft. flags, nothing larger. The black knob (on side of holder) tightens the grip on the flag pole.

I've been through a few of these flag holders and all expect this one has ended up cracking in high winds. This one has last through a tough winter without any trouble. I expect it to last many more years!
