View-Master Experience Pack: Discovery Underwater

I bought this for my son thinking it would fit into his regular view master, but it is only for a 3D one, which would have been fine if I was able to download the app! I was willing to get the 3D viewer, but I could not get the app at all, now matter how many times I looked. I even asked other people to try and they could not find it either! I don't know what is going on with the company.

I wish I had just purchased the apps through the Google Playstore! Either way you HAVE to download the app (which is HUGE,) it's just this box comes with the AR reels which are basically IMPOSSIBLE to launch. Troubleshooting on the View-Master website is a joke, because no matter how much you do what the website says, you are lucky if the reels work 1 out of 20 times! It also is not as realistic looking as even the Google Cardboard demo app (which is really cool!) Basically, if you wanna spend the money, just skip the experience packs and pay for the full version through the Playstore!

These only work with a specific vr device. Do not buy to use with regular view masters. Waste of money. They would not refund 😒

The manufacturer discontinued this product and the app in Fall 2019. It is useless now unless you already have the app downloaded on your phone (you can no longer download it from the app store). If you do have it downloaded, you will only be able to use this product for a short while because Mattel is no longer updating the app and eventually it will probably not be compatible with your phone anymore.

This is the same product as in the old days. Works the same provides the same level of entertainment. All can enjoy.

You sold this to me AFTER Mattel discontinued the item! Mattel discontinued the app needed to use this product on 11-1-19. I purchased 12-14-19. I want a refund! How can you fix this?!?

The app to view these no longer exists, goggle cardboard doesn't work either

I was so disappointed. I had bought thr old fashioned ViewMaster and this underwater one was supposed to be an additional reel to it. Bit it is only for downloading an app for a phone. Unusable for this 10 year old I bought it for

This item is described in the Product Description as being in English, the photo shows the English version. This arrived in German.On the whole this edition of Viewmasters are great - informative and a novel way of looking at things. I would have given five stars but for the fact that the wrong language was sent.

Hatte schon befürchtet es wäre in Italienisch, wie die Italienische Box, die ich hier aufgrund dieses deutschen Bildes bestellt hatte, oder in englisch, wie die App, aber die Sprache ist deutsch. Gefällt mir. War auch schon auf der ISS mit der Weltraum Version. Oder kann jetzt dank der neuen, dazugehörigen Brille bei YouTube 3D Videos für nebeneinander liegende Bilder (L/R) ansehen!

El producto de realidad virtual es excelente, da un aspecto de que te encuentras en el lugar especificado, es muy bueno para que los niños conozcan de la fauna marina, es muy entretenido para toda la familia y un regalo perfecto para estas fechas. Como siempre el envio en excelentes condiciones y recibido en 2 días. Siempre un gusto compar en Amazon.

Ich kann diese Sets nicht genug empfehlen. So viel besser als das 80er Jahre Modell und trotzdem nicht zu abgefahren für die kleinen. Macht auch erwachsenen noch Spaß!
