They are ok to swallow but mostly they are so beneficial to how I feel and for the health of my body. This is the brand that I have been using for quite some time so I am grateful that Amazon carries them.

I opened the sealed bottle and it felt very light. One reason is the capsules are very small; however, I counted 28. (Counted 3 times to be certain.) The bottle indicates 30 capsules. If you purchase these, I would encourage you to check the contents. No review for product effectiveness yet as they arrived yesterday.

I was told by my healthcare provider to start taking glutathione after I experienced hypersensitivity to a fluoroquinolone drug that was prescribed for bronchitis. The aftermath of the reaction to the drug left me experiencing painful peripheral neuropathy and fluid retention for over a year. Since that time, I have monitored my liver and kidney function routinely while continuing to take glutathione. I also have thermal images of my liver taken annually to look for changes in thermal output, as signs of improvement. It was when I started taking S-Acetyl Glutathione that I had a distinct improvement detected in thermal images of my liver. I am very pleased with how I feel and how my body functions when taking S-Acetyl Glutathione.

Please make it with more capsules.Truly expensive but compare to others ,very affordable.
