Perfect 5 gallon setup for terrarium!
For something that is made of material I hadn’t seen before; I admit I was skeptical. However, upon using it for months now I can now attest to its value for what you pay and what you get.It comfortably houses a juvenile rat snake and the provided vented slots are just enough to allow humidity to accumulate without being too big and allowing the snake to cause house-wide panic. The roof on the top is a great touch for allowing different heating/lighting elements. And the building was easy and simple. It is not intrusive in size, I just have mine on a table. The glass slides easily but does get substrate in the track easily so makes it hard to close. Just need to clean it off and think ahead of the snek.Overall happy with the build quality and can say it fits enough items to decorate just enough to provide hides on both heat/cool gradients and a water bowl, as well as things to climb on. Phenomenal!!

Great Terrarium but tricky for Ball Pythons
This is an excellent enclosure assembles easy and seems very sturdy. There are a few issues with using it for a bll python that you should consider. Theee is no way to get heat through the bottom of the enclosure so if your snake hides all day they will be to cold. You will know if they refuse food, and develop respiratory issues like bubbles around the mouth it is a sign they are not warm enough, or the humidity is to low. I over came this in two ways.1. Placed an extra zoo med heat mat on the side of the enclosure just opposite her plastic hide. I then cut the back off of the hide so that the wall of the enclosure was directly in contact with the inside of the hide. This allowed heat to increase in the hide.2. For the humidity the screen on top is great for a bearded Dragon but lets to much moisture out for a ball. I used Gorilla tape which has a working temp rage of up to 200F to cover the screen about 90%. This helped keep the moisture in and even helped with mainting the cool side up a few more degrees since it was competing with the ambient temp air in the house.I highly recommend this enclosure, even with its quirks it is still a great buy fir the cost.

Definitely Recommend...
I purchased this 36" reptile habitat for my leopard gecko two months ago. Let's start by getting the (very minor) cons out of the way:#1, the glass doors themselves are quality. However, when installed, they will rattle if you happen to walk nearby. This can be quite annoying and the fix I used was simple....I cut a strip of paper towel, folded it in half and then folded that over the top of the glass and taped it in place (see pics). The glass fits more more snug and the rattling is gone. Easy.#2, you would think being a reptile terrarium, there would be access holes for any wiring you may use in your pets habitat, there are none. I happen to use a thermostat to control the temperature and it needs to be threaded into the cage (obviously, this goes for thermometers and/or hygrometers that are wired). Again, the fix was easy enough....I used one of the screw holes meant for the lid (see pic). I did have to widen the hole a bit because the thermostat wire is thick, so keep that in mind as well. Now to everything that is good about this habitat! It is very sturdy and fairly easy to put together. I honestly wish I hadn't made the mistake of purchasing our previous terrarium because this is absolutely perfect for a leopard gecko. The switch to a cage with dark walls rather than all glass has been great for making her hiding spots darker and more private, which in turn gives her more "safe spaces". It also reduces agitation due to reflections.I'd offer two bits of advice....the first is probably obvious and is in regards to the door handles, please do yourself the favor of putting the glass in place without them attached first and then measuring out where you want the handles Before you tape them. Remember, the doors will only slide as far as the Other doors handle will allow. The tape is very strong and would be a pain to peel the handles off to reposition them. The second thing would be to remind you that if you are using substrate such as soil....be sure you either seal the bottom/sides with either something permanent or if you eventually want to take it apart, then use something like newspaper/contact paper. It is possible that some (very small amounts) of dirt can "leak out".Overall, I highly recommend this terrarium. The 36" is the perfect size for an adult leopard gecko. It is not easy to find one that is not all glass and is of good quality that doesn't cost a heck of a lot more than this one does (even when not on sale). Yes, I took off a star but only for some small inconveniences....none of which would deter me from purchasing another. Most importantly, my leo loves it!!!

Cheap but decent
The enclosure looks very nice. Because I built it I notice all the little details that look cheap, but someone looking at it wouldn't notice these details. It's all plastic screws holding together the walls, but as a result is very simple to assemble. The viewing window/doors are real glass and are very thick. The locking mechanism is very effective without being difficult to use. I've assembled two of these so far and have learned to appreciate what you get for the money even if the pvc material and parts are a bit hacky and cheap. It took me less than 20 minutes to assemble the second one I've bought. I recommend this enclosure but don't expect too much. Works great as an enclosure. My snakes are enjoying the space, and I'm not bothered by a shabby looking enclosure. (Forgive the dirty glass in the second photo).

Good value for the money.
This tank arrived very quickly. It went together easily, and is very sturdy, much stronger than what I thought it would be for the money. As most others said, you will need to seal the seams with silicone calk. Very happy with it.
