I love my Astro 10's. The comfort, durability, and audio performance are all of the charts for a product that costs this much. I've had a previous pair before and they broke but I loved them so much that I had to buy another pair again. I really love the flip-to-mute microphone. It is a fast and convenient way to mute yourself. This is definitely a reliable headset you should get if you don't want to break the bank.

Saw this headset dropped to $20 from $60. Picked up it as my last headsets (two logitech G series) both broke off on one ear and ended up being dangly. The packaging is pretty barebones. You get the headset, a few manuals and a 3.5mm cable where a longer end goes into the headset and the other goes into your 3.5mm jack of choice. In this case I will be using a PS5 controller. The headset is powered by the controller - you simply plug it in and you'll be able to hear everything. I believe it is stereo sound when plugged into the microphone. This can be improved to 7.1 surround sound with a mixamp or some other attachments that don't come with the headset I believe. The sound is good. I can hear enemies and footsteps clearly. I've used this headset to play MW2 and I will attribute my poor performance to the sound in this game being horrible lol. The headset sounds fine from what I can tell after using it to browse on my PC and listen to music as well. I just suck. The mic is absolute trash. I would not buy this headset with the intent to communicate with others. If my game volume is too loud, it will simply bleed through the mic. For now I am sticking with the default PS5 controller microphone. That being said, the build quality looks solid - I feel that this headset will last longer than my two Logitechs. Astro has long been a brand I have nothing but good things to say about starting with their A40s back in the early Halo days, so when I saw them offering a "budget" headset I had to give them a try and so far I am happy. I would definitely purchase another one in a year or two if this one ends up breaking and the product is offered at the same price point.

This product is truly unique and has wonderul sound. The surronund sound makes it pleasing to play first shooter games as you can hear foot steps and every single detail of what goes on in the background. The mic is great and it souds great, I love that it can bend unlike others which makes it more durabel. so it is less pAstro always realeases amazing quality gaming headsets. This price is way below the price that ir should be. I love how versitile this headset is. I can use it on my phone, laptop, and even connect it to my pc. This is more than just a gaming headset it can be used as an everyday/ work headset. The build of the product is sleek, modern, and very durable. I have sat on or dropped my headset countless times and its still in like new condition. It's hard to find a headset of thos quality at this price rance. The only issues I have with this headset is the wire to connect the controller to the headset, and that it can become a little heavy on the head after a few hoursr of wearing it. The wire is so long that it constantly gets caught around my chair or even the wheels of the chair. Sometimes I tie it up with a band but the wire is a little thick and it ends up unwinding. I still recommend this product but just note you might have to buy a shorter wire frorm Astro cause th long wire can be bothersome.

the process of getting this product has been incredibly frustrating. my boyfriend had this headset a few years ago and loved it. it was the only headset he could find where the actual cushions on the headset didn’t hurt his ears. so, i found them online, we ordered once, and received the wrong one. we sent it back and ordered the replacement. both packages were in pristine amazon boxes, but the product box itself was in terrible shape. the box the actual headset was in was ripped in multiple places, dented, had holes in it, and looked like it had been opened and taped back closed. once we opened the product box up, the items weren’t secured in the box, cable was loose in the packaging, and the headset and the plastic in the box was covered in what looked human and dog hair in addition to a ton of dust. if we ordered an open box or a used product this wouldn’t bother me but we ordered a brand new, unopened set and i think the conditions we received the product in are unacceptable for the fact that we wanted an unopened item. it’s taken weeks to go through the process of receiving both items and sending them back and the new one still was not what we were expecting so we really didn’t want to go through the process of returning again. long story short, the delivery took a few weeks for an item that was marked for prime members and the product was not in good condition in the box when it arrived. we were going to keep it just so we didn’t have to go through the trouble of returning again but the audio cut out on one side 10 minutes into using them.

Received this today , right on time. My spouse was excited to open it. Once you opened it, the package itself was beat up, ripped and when you opened it . The wire was everywhere as if someone had opened it up and stuffed it in. The headset doesn’t look broken. It works fine now, but let’s hope it stays like that. Excuse my spouse in the background . Great price though
