This should not be used in contact sports. Broke my two front teeth wearing this.

Ce protège-dents est idéal pour les enfants avec un appareil dentaire ! Mon fils, qui suit des cours de boxe, l'utilise régulièrement, et il en est très satisfait. Non seulement il est facile à ajuster, mais il offre aussi une protection optimale pour ses dents et ses gencives sans créer d’inconfort, même pendant des séances d'entraînement intenses. Le design est bien pensé, avec une matière flexible qui s’adapte parfaitement aux appareils dentaires sans être trop serrée. Le fait qu'il n’ait pas besoin d'être moulé à chaud rend aussi l’utilisation simple et rapide, ce qui est un vrai plus pour un jeune sportif.

Love how comfortable this mouthguard is. You don't have to worry about remoulding it while your mouth changes with braces. I like the grooves that clip on to your top braces so it says in place. I tried it for field hockey and it wasn't for me. I kept choking on my own saliva cause every time is would seep out the breathing hole it was impossible to retract. I felt like a slobbering dog with a muzzle. Just a slobbering mess that couldn't be heard properly. Also, keeping your mouth slightly open for more than an hour is very uncomfortable. I'm sure this would be good for a non verbal, lower impact sport. Wasn't for me but very comfortable

Es muy bueno para los brackets ya que es muy cómodo y se ajusta a tus dientes se puede respirar mejor que los otros bucales dobles 10/10
