After considerable research, I ordered a Waterdrop WD-10UB-CM undercounter water filter (for the removal of chloramine) from Amazon. The filter was shipped from Waterdrop which I quickly receive. The installation instructions were through and easy to follow. After installation I had a small drip from the filter cartridge. I called Waterdrop customer service. I explained the issue to Katrina who promptly sent me another filter which resolved the issue. Since I have only used the filter a few times I can’t comment on its efficiency, other than to say it appears to be well made and is working properly. The Waterdrop customer service is exceptional. I would definitely recommend Waterdrop for any of your filter needs.

I have trouble remembering to stay hydrated so I frequently drink water from the bathroom sink when I wake up, use the restroom, or go to bed. However, it wasn't filtered before and I had concerns about water quality dtraight from the tap, even though our city water is fairly decent. This gave me peace of mind and I sinply attached it to the cold water line in the bathroom. Pretty easy to do and the kit included everything you need to install it....except a drill! As you can see by the date I've had it since July 2024. I was surprised it had been that long and it's still running strong. The water tastes great and I have peace of mind that I'm getting good quality water when I drink it in that part od the house.

This is very very good and excellent product with zero water waste. It is also value for money. Looks exactly same as what it's shows. Ease to use and install. Product was installed on 29th Dec 2024 after delivered to to home. After installation first 3 days water quality was good and after that colour was bit changed as light yellow. But after few days water quality back to normal very pure and crystal clear. Below shown photo was taken on 24th May 2025 almost after six months. 💯💯💯💯 🆒✅✅✅Quality product.

I bought this Waterdrop filter and I’m honestly very happy with it. The installation was super easy and the design is clean and modern – it fits perfectly under my sink. At first, I thought the filter was broken because the water pressure was very low. I contacted their customer support, and Karina from the team responded quickly and was incredibly helpful. They even sent me a free replacement filter without hesitation! Later, when I reinstalled everything more carefully, I realized the problem was actually a kinked hose on my side – not the filter. I let them know about my mistake, but they still let me keep the replacement filter as a gift. That kind of customer service is rare these days. The filter itself works perfectly – the water tastes great, pressure is back to normal, and overall it’s a great value. I really appreciate both the quality of the product and the support behind it. Highly recommend!
