Nice whistle for emergencies, and scouts. My son takes it on camp outs for the scouts, and its great that it is a bright orange since tt will be harder to loose in case it gets dropped. Its loud too, and I'm certain at a time of distress it would alert someone that help is needed. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for an emergency whistle for hiking, camping, or security.

I like its small size, and it fits very well on my life jacket, but its not as loud as I would expect. It gets the job done, but I with it was louder.

It's a whistle. Works well, clips onto our snorkel vests, and makes us feel safer. But it is not the cutest of our whistles, if you care whether your water whistle is cute.

Tops Knives come with whistles like this, but black. I've purchased this product on two different occasions. On worked great. One had no tone from the center chamber. I would give the former 5 stars and the latter 1 star, so I averaged them to a 3. This design is made/sold by many on Amazon and in stores. I recommend the design. Wherever you get it from.
