Great item! Highly recommended.. though the base for the mouse could've been made better
Update 3rd Feb 2021 - Did a little adjustment and added two extra screws from the bottom of the mouse pad to get it to lock and sit still to the keyboard tray. Read below for why I did that. Other than that, Great and well built keyboard stand! The circular base for the mouse could've been better and made to the same height as the keyboard and able to lock in to one position instead of rotating around. It sits slightly lower and the base keeps moving/pivoting on its hinge. I need to find a way to tighten it or lock it in place so the base stays in one place. Other than that, I should've bought a keyboard stand long ago. My wrist, arms and back can work while sitting in a comfortable position. The keyboard can be fine tuned and adjusted to exact height and angle I want.update: 2 Feburary 2021... The circular base for the mouse is terrible. The screw that holds it in place under the keyboard tray keep getting loose. The circular base itself keeps moving around and considering the base has a tiny footprint on which to move the mouse around, its like my hand needs to juggle handling the mouse while trying to keep the base board still. My hand seems to keep searching for the mouse each time. I've gotten a sore wrist because the circular base move and rotates so easily. There are times I'm so focused on my work that I forget the circular base has move so far away or so close to my body that it leaves my wrist at an odd or very tight position/angle when using the mouse. I wish they would offer a unit where the mouse base was the same height as the keyboard tray, built off the same base or ability to lock it in place so it doesn't move at all. I would buy another unit again. Everything else is great. Just the circular base for the mouse pad wasn't well executed for ergonomics. Fix for the problem: I put in two extra screws from under the circular mouse base into the underside of the keyboard tray so the mouse base is locked in one position and doesn't pivot around its main screw and loosens it. Now I don't have to juggle handling a mouse on a loose circular base or give my wrist a cramp because I use my mouse at an odd/less ergonomic position due to the base moving around.

Ergonomic Heaven
My desk has a border of 1.5" wood around the plywood, and it measures about 20" deep.I decided to take a chance and get the spacers and the 20" tray, hoping the spacers would let me get around the lip and would also solve the issue of the desk being 1" under the recommended depth. It worked! Just barely, but it worked. The tray itself is sturdy. It took a minute to figure out how to adjust, but once I did, it's super easy to manipulate. I was hoping the try could turn my desk into a sit-stand desk, but right now the bumper is keeping it from lifting as high as I want. I might shave down the bumper so I can raise the keyboard higher, but that's no fault of the product, just the weirdness of my desk dimensions. It is a little pricier than other options but for me, the extra functionality was worth it. Between this and the new ergonomic chair I recently bought, my workspace is a million times more comfortable.

Some things I would change
The construction of this product is very good. Sturdy metal body with heavy duty springs. Very easy to install with simple screws to the underside of a desk. Excellent range of motion. Fully extended, the keyboard tray can be a little bouncy under it's own weight.Things I would change:1: The swivel out mouse tray is an annoyance. I would like to see this have a rigid mounting option.2: The main slide is a plastic bushing on a metal rail. I would like to see this as a heavy duty ball bearing slide.3: while the entire arm will swivel left or right in an arch pattern, the tray itself is rigidly mounted to the arm. I would like to see the tray swivel independently to the arm so you could fully articulate it when your turn your chair another direction.4: the height adjustment is a friction based coupler with no lock. You adjust the hieght by tilting the tray up slightly. I would like to see a locking bar for the hieght so that it didn't accidentally drop the tray when pulling it out from under the desk.Other than that, this is a very solid tray that performs very well. And as much as I would change about it from a design perspective, I would still buy it again. They went out of their way to make a high quality product that will last.

Good, stable product
This is a good addition to my working from home desk. It allows me to be comfortable as I work 8 hours a day, 7 days a week at home. There are 2 things I didn’t like. The adhesive to hold it up to drill did not work, the bracket is heavy and almost fell and hit me on my head when I went to drill the holes for the screws. It requires 2 people. The other is that it does not come up higher when extended. I had one that was at a 45 degree when extended then you could tilt the keyboard and that was very comfortable. This one works and I’m pretty happy with it. I would recommend it.
