The tennis elbow support was a life saver. I do not know how I developed a tennis elbow and I was in pain. I tried a different support and was not pleased with the results. This one has an additional compression pad inside and I can place the suppression pad right over the area with the most pain. I can adjust the pressure right at the point of pain and immediately felt the relief. I used it for four days straight and the pain went away. Now after a couple of weeks, I keep it handy. Just when I feel pain is about to return, I use it temporarily and I am pain free. Totally grateful for this product and highly recommend it.

My skinny forearm is 8.5" in circumference, but if yours is even smaller don't worry, you can make this brace fit because the velcro tab will attach anywhere on the outside of the brace.I wear this when playing pickleball, and it is a helpful part of my tendonitis reduction measures.

Was having severe tennis elbow in both arms. These braces worked in reducing my discomfort. The velcro is not very strong and does loosen over time.
