Just purchased the Banavy satnav.Very impressed with the 7 inch screen,very clear and easy to read.Easy to set and find destination and local amenities. Used more expensive ones in the past and this does everything they didat a good price.

A good unit but sadly can't see any any to update it there's nothing in the instructions or on the unit to update maps. The advertising states go to their web site but...do a google search on the item lots of adds but no web site. The inference being the life time maps is not correct.still if you want a cheap satnav and don't care about updates its good, the voices are very amusing and the instruction's good.ps I you will need to find an alternative way to secure the unit as the windscreen mount although is fabulous, holds the unit very still you cant see out of your your windscreen even in a 4x4 so god knows what's its like in a normal car ! Hi Bought this sat nav which has wonderful large screen. We had a sat nav before but as we have a 7.4 metre caravan it kept taking us down narrow lanes with no way of turning or reversing. Hopefully this model will not do this. One small criticism is that it does not indicate your arrival time at your destination which I always found very useful if visiting other people. Maybe it does and I have not set it up correctly. Anyway well worth the money

After getting lost yesterday thanks to google maps I decided to buy this. It’s slim, and big enough so I can see it no problem. Very easy to set up and use. I’m a technophobe so need it to be simple instructions. My work involves different addresses every day and this also saves them so I don’t need to keep putting them in. Well worth the money.

Excellent satnav, really nice large screen and mounts nicely on the window. I saw a review saying that the signal doesn't connect, this happened to us on initial startup - the unit needs to be outdoors to get a signal, then after you connect it for the first time it works perfectly - we live in a small village in the countryside and the signal is absolutely perfect down the country lanes, can't fault it at all. You can add music, videos and photos via an SD card as well which is a nice touch. It's basically a tablet but with GPS capability so you don't need a sim card or data! At this price it is a real bargain, and especially with such a nice big screen. Would highly recommend!

Having read great reviews I ordered this sat nav. I have always used Tom Tom in the past with great success, but decided to try this one which was half the price of a decent Tom Tom. Plus reviews of all the Tom Toms were not great.The booklet instructions were not clear but I worked out quite quickly how to use it. If you just want basic sat nav, it was very easy to use. After charging, it took an age to receive a gps so this was very off putting. I took it on a bit of a 'dummy run' to a local street I know very well. The sat nav told me to turn right and that I had reached my destination when I was two streets before my destination. I then tried to put in my home address, but it refused to recognise my road which was a half a mile away. I just came home and boxed the whole thing up.The sellers say that if you phone them they will help you to sort out any problems, but I felt that there were too many problems here to address.Perhaps with sat navs you really get what you pay for.It was very frustrating not to have the same quality of sat nav that I have been used to. Also, I should have taken note of the size. 7 inches is far too large and bulky.

I did not like this product at all. Slow and not accurate.
