Simply outstanding. The best knee braces I've ever worn. They offer excellent compression without squeezing or discomfort. Made my sore knees more comfortable immediately. Sturdy fabric; looks like they will last for years. They're lightweight. They come with specific instructions for putting the brace on the knee, including (to my surprise) where and how often to fold it before pulling it all the way up, which makes sense. Size Medium measures10.125" in length. Top width, folded, is 6.5"; bottom width, folded, is 5.75". Comes in six sizes and nine colors. They are machine washable. You get two braces in the box, at a reasonable price. Really impressed and delighted with this product.

Now these really surprised me. I have an occasional spasm or pain in my knees when exercising. Comes with age, I guess. But I've tried all kinds of braces for my knees and while they might work at first, after a few wears and washes I tend to get the same results, they start to roll down at the top or get smaller in size. These were very good value for the money. I wear them almost every time I exercise now, which can be up to three times a week and they have not disappointed. My only disappointment was I didn't get a second pair. And the support, while not medical brace strong, is good enough for my needs.

Initial review two stars:It gives GREAT! support, but the compression band at the top of the brace keeps rolling over behind my knee, which makes it quite uncomfortable. THat band should be 3x or more wider than it is to keep this from happening.They offer no instructions on size selection, I guessed and bought a large. Perhaps if I had bought the next size up I would not have the rollover problem, but we'll never know, because I am returning these and will not be buying this brand again.~~~~~Revised review to four stars:After I posted my initial review and while reading others, people kept mentioning the size chart. Well, I had looked and looked before my purchase and did not find one so I ordered a large. Then I found the chart after posting initial review and ordered the correct size, one size larger. Awesome product.They are still getting 4 in lieu of 5 stars because the link to their chart is practically invisible.

First time I tried knee compression sleeves for weightlifting. I broke them out on the second day of a 2-day weekend training camp, and they worked great. I am using them regularly and will need a second pair when the first pair needs to be washed. I can't say anything about breathability since this is my first pair, and, well, in the gym, you will perspire. My thigh circumference is 21" and I went with an XL. A Large would've been too tight. Compared to much higher-priced knee sleeves, these are great. I could out about them on a top knee compression sleeve review.

I've been having knee pain while exercising and my husband told me to get some compression knee support sleeve. I went and bought a cheap version and it did not provide any relief. But when I put these on, I instantly felt relief in my knees, and while exercising, my knees did not ache or bother me at all. I typically use the stairmaster machine and do strength training.

If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. I ordered a size small according to the sizing chart. It was like a death grip on my leg. On to the medium which for some reason didn't feel much different. So now I've ordered a large with hopes that this will be the one. I did wear the medium for several hours and the support felt wonderful other than cutting off my circulation.

I’ve had three knee surgeries in the past 20 years. Now I have arthritis in that knee and I am 80% due for a knee replacement.I’ve tried multiple compression sleeves, this is the only one I found that really supports me. It’s breathable. I can wear it for 10 hours straight and not a drop of sweat or moist on any part of the sleeve.I highly recommend this. I’m 6’4 - 315 pounds. I got the XXL. My thigh was 24 inches were they said to measure and if it’s perfect.Does not slip down at all I was a little concerned about the silicone would feel so it won’t slip down. and it feels great.I can go for long walks and wear it all day and it doesn’t move!

I have very similar elbow braces, so I decided to give these a try. They were a little big, thus loose. I've ordered the small size, and hopefully they'll feel better. I did measure my leg to see which size I should order, but it was still big. I prefer mine tight for support, so I'm going to try the smaller size.
