I bought this to secure the frame of my greenhouse/solar-shade for my garden. The size is perfect for fitting over a 2x2, 2x3 or 2x4 lumber on the narrow edge. When I first installed them, I thought that I should've got some that were about 4 inches longer, but they've done their job perfectly through several wind storms and now I think they're perfect.Probably the only thing I can think of that I would change is that they should have thicker galvanizing, similar to hot-dipped galvanized bolts. The galvanizing on these stakes is better than cheap zinc plating, but I expect it will last only a couple years instead of a couple decades like hot-dipped galvanizing.

These are great!! Strong and sturdy and do not bend when hammering them into the ground! Perfect for all your staking needs.

these stakes go above and beyond my expectations! I will never use a different brand of stakes in my life, I go camping a lot in the desert and with the soft sand and strong winds everything usually goes flying eventually, but with these bad boys holding things down I don't have to worry about a thing.

More firm than the stakes that came with game

Exactly what I needed. The wild pigs kept pushing through the lower part of the wire fence until they created enough space to go under as the wire bent. I pounded these anchors at those areas to hold down the fence to prevent the wires from being pushed/bent, and no pigs have made their way into the orchard since then. The sharpened/pointed end made it very easy to pound them into the ground. The leftover anchors not used for the yard will be used to secure the shade tent when I go to the beach.

Super strong. Way better then that 11g stuff that the big dogs just push over or bend while putting in ground. These are super strong and will not bend out the way. Perfect to hook on bottom of chain link where dogs are digging out. Will not prevent digging underneath but will prevent going threw up to length

I purchased these even after seeing a couple of negative reviews for them. Don't let those negative reviews influence you. I purchased them to anchor the bottom of my new chain link fencing to protect my dogs. Wow - they are perfect!!! They are plated for long lasting durability while in the ground - and NO plating/coating came off or appeared damaged after driving them into the ground! I drove them into the ground with a 10lb hammer. No damage, no bending - no nothing! I really like these and will be getting more for future use on my ranch.
