It does seem to calm irritated gut, but the taste is not great. Of course, you don't care when you're inflamed, but it's hard to convince your dependents to take it.

I like this brand of aloe vera juice because the taste is not acidic like it used to be, and the price is reasonable.

I am finding this supplement to be very effective as a gut "balancing" agent! My digestion and elimination have improved after less than a week's time taking 2x/day! The citrus taste is pleasant enough, however I would prefer to have a more subtle taste so that I could give it to my adult autistic son who is very fussy about such things. Highly recommend this product regardless!

I’ve been using this for about 1.5 weeks and haven’t noticed a change in my bloating but I will keep taking it for a month and see what happens. The taste isn’t bad. I’ve been mixing about 2 oz with my magnesium lemon raspberry supplement and coconut water each morning.
