excellent for stirfry. I use for the high temperature frying, then add oils with more flavor later. Is a great alternative for peanut and coconut when you don't want those strong flavors to overpower your food.

Just started cooking and baking with avocado oil. Not disappointed in the flavor or moisture added to foods. Still need more time to vary cooking uses. Received the package and the oil in great shape, the folks really did a fine job wrapping and shipping. I have been disappointed with other businesses in the past.
