Q: what is the coverage of 5 litters of disinfectant liquid?

Using all 5 liters of a disinfectant depends on which setting you dial into, if it’s the lowest which is a fog, then expect it to last more than two month to fog a 1500 sq ft space every day. I use .5 liters of hypochlorous made fresh that lasts me a whole week, once a day fogging my 1500 sq. Ft office. If you dial to a mist, then everything gets wet and you’ll use more solution.

No louder than say a hair dryer

not really, will spray 20 to 25 feet.

Q: how much area does it cover in what amount of time?

I spray my 5000 sq ft office in less than 30 minutes. The only think that takes time is that I have to unplug and plug it back in as I move around the office to spray each area. So, it is very fast. It sprays up to 5 feet. It also depends on what chemical you are using and how much you want on what you are spraying. I am spraying HOCL at appox 30 micron mist. So, I don't want every surface saturated because I want it to evaporate but it needs to be there long enough to kill the virus or bacteria. I hope this helps.
