Received product earlier than expected. Very nicely packaged with a sweet thank you card and lots of bubblewrap in the box, the tube was wrapped in bubblewrap and cling film. Tube came with a factory seal as well. Happy with my purchase but would like to know the manufacture date of product. Also the tube size was a little different than the one I got in the US as was the scent of the cream. Made me a little concerned about the authenticity of product.

The product is nice and good. The expiry date and batch number was clearly mentioned on the bottle.but the price is higher....I cut two star for price....please verify expiry date before buying these baby product.

I got this after previously using Baja Baby lavender lotion, which I loved for for the scent but it was $20+ dollars a bottle & sad to say we can't afford that for our kids lotion. I got this, seeing as its EWG verified as well but MUCH cheaper. This lotion works well for the kids; it's slightly thicker than Baja Baby's & moisturizes well. We bought lavender scent & while I will say it does have a scent that isn't unpleasant, it doesn't smell very much like lavender, kind of like they didn't put very much lavender in & so it's just sort of this slight smell. However considering how much cheaper this is, while still having no harmful ingredients, the lighter scent isn't a big deal. Definitely recommend

I loved this product in 2016 when my son was a newborn. I bought it again recently (2021) to use on my newborn daughter and cannot stand the scent. They must have changed the formula. It smells nothing like I remember it. It used to smell more like lavender, and was very calming. Now it smells too perfumey and not at all like lavender, more like a car air freshener or an old person's cologne. I tried to return it, but it is not eligible for return. I can use it on myself I suppose, but I bought an unscented lotion from a different natural company for my baby.

I bought two products from babo. I used the product for the first time yesterday. I took a bath around 4 p.m. and put on moisturizing baby lotion. And around 7:30, I washed the messy baby again and applied calming baby lotion. Then the baby fell asleep. Three or four hours later, the baby woke up with a serious scratch. I checked the baby's whole body for hives. Hives started to spread all over my body, so I rushed to take a bath again at 11:30 p.m. After that, the baby didn't scratch again. But!My daughter has severe hives all over her body. There are terrible hives in the form of red spots! I checked the expiration date of this product. The moisturizing lotion expires in July 22 and the calming lotion expires in October 21. I'm sure the calming lotion was rotten or there was a problem with the product.
