I haven't ran the battery out on mine yet, I've only had it for two months, but remember that the colder it is, the faster the battery will die, that's just how batteries work.

The battery of GSP-6 is replaceable. The specification of battery is 3.6V, 2.7Ah.

Sorry, we do not advise to put the probe in a lab oven in a long time.

Aftersale service was outstanding!

I bought 3 of the said product. 2 works fine, 1 has a minor issue. I did ring the distributor, surprisingly after talking, he did not want to leave the issue hanging. He did even ring me back several times just to resolve the issue. I would say that is a kind of aftersale service i was always looking for, i was not disappointed and very happy.
