No Micro SD card included, need to connect to the router directly FIRST before wireless will work, never throw the box away!
This camera works well but the instructions are not very good. What they forget to tell you is that you have to directly connect this to your router FIRST, before you can connect wirelessly. Once you hard connect it with Ethernet, you can unplug it and connect wirelessly. Secondly, DO NOT EVER throw the box it came in away because it has the Product ID scan code that is absolutely necessary to activate the camera. You have to scan the code to get the camera to work and the code is only available on the outside of the box. Otherwise, it's a good value. I've had it a week and so far it seems to be working. It does not come with a micro SD card so you have to buy one separately if you want it to record images. They include a cheesy little flash drive but it has nothing to do with the camera and will not fit into the micro sd slot.

Perfect for occasional pet, home, or kid monitoring. Includes free, no-monthly-fee app.
We bought our Edeep Wifi camera from YEEGE. I say this because it looked like people had better luck with some seller versus others, but I don't know why. All I know is this camera has worked great for us.It comes with a free app called MIPC. Yes it takes a little bit to set it up, but once it's set up it works great.Should you be using this for monitoring your baby, family member, or your sole means of home security? Probably not. If you need a camera to check up on your kids, pets, or house every once in awhile, it's great. Peace of mind for those with a second home (for homes that maintain internet access, of course). We've had the camera and app for 1.5 months and have had no issues. But we're not expecting the moon from it. For those that need extremely reliable camera use, or need a way to see and TALK reliably to people on the seeing side of the camera, you're really going to have to shell out a lot more money. Sorry, that's just the way it is. As you can see from many of the higher end cameras, they don't even work perfectly all the time, and many make you pay a monthly fee.You can pan left-right and up-down as well as zoom with it. It is silent when it's moving. It's silent all the time, actually, except when it's switching between day and night-vision, when you'll hear a little "click". Last night it was clicking every few minutes, and I realized the room was just dark enough, and the tv occasionally light enough that it kept flipping day/night mode. Turning the camera a little to one side fixed it.Is it laggy? Sometimes. Does the mic work? If you want to scare the crap out of your dogs or teens by sounding demonic, then yes. This camera is inexpensive, quiet, and comes with a free app (with no monthly fee). The app not only works 99% of the time and is easy to figure out (once set up) but it also allows you to take photos (grainy but again, it's a $70 camera) add as many cameras as you want to the app. And, if you add an SD card to your camera(s), you can record video. Oh, and everyone that has your password can log into the camera. My husband, son and I can all check on the dogs from our phones and iPad. It gives us peace of mind and it's awesome seeing them, although so far all we've seen is the various sleeping positions they use, plus naughty places they try to sleep (on top of s table) while they're home alone. <3

WIFI on this camera is a big mystery
I can't get the wifi to connect no matter what. Everything but wifi was super quick and easy to set-up. Initially is wouldn't stay on HD for some reason, but now is staying on HD. I have spent a lot of time messing with this camera, resetting, complete software reload, everything a can think of... multiple times. The wifi is a necessity for me, so that is why it is getting the bad rating. Also, phone app works way better than the PC app. When initially setting up I would suggest downloading the software to the computer and your phone , but do all of the set-up from the phone; it's way more user friendly.Overall- even if the wifi did connect, I think I would only give it a 4-star due to other small quirks with the camera or software.

Okay for the price
For $65 this camera is great. Everything works except motion detection, it works every other time. Keep in mind that your phone does not directly connect to the camera. Your phone will connect to the server through an app via internet and the server then links your phone to the camera. The camera is always connected to the server once you set it up. This was a little concerning to me because this camera is 100% Chinese (you'll know when you read the instructions) and I don't trust Chinese because... well, they're not exactly known for their honesty and great costumer services, who knows how secure their server is and who else might be watching. Other than that it's a good camera that's definitely worth $65.

Just Okay...does not work on WIFI for using two devices.
I bought 2 cameras to use in different rooms but i could only get the one to work with WIFI. The other had to be hooked into ethernet. That doesn't work for me so I am returning at least the one. The picture is very good but delayed. the sound is horrible....buzzes and you can hardly hear. I may return the other if I get the the sound better. I bought to keep an eye on my dog. May need to pay a little more and go with a more professional version. Set-up on there first camera was easy but the 2nd one took a long time and it never did work WIFI only...ugh.How can you change the User ID: for sign-up? I don't want to have to input the entire code ID that came with it. I tried to assign a nickname but it won't work when signing in. Bad instructions.

Realllllly easy setup! Works Great!
I'm a pretty technical person, so the last camera we got it wasn't a big deal to set it up... but this one is STUPID SIMPLE to setup! I honestly think I could teach my grandmother to set it up, it is so easy and I really like that you can have multiple cameras around the house, one admin panel to see them all and I can check it when I'm away from home. This is a great product. On a side note, we accidentally dropped one from about 6' in the air and despite how bad it sounded, the thing still works like a champ with no issues!
