Received my 28 cms sauté pan today, initial reaction is that it looks a good quality product. My disappointment though is that the depth of the pan is half of that described in the dimensions summary. It is NOT 11.7 cms as described, it is in fact just under 6 cms. So is smaller than the pan I am replacing. Will probably keep but overall left a little underwhelmed and will still have to buy a larger pan at some stage

Highly recommend- excellent pan that not only looks good in the kitchen, it's perfect for grilling.

Really happy with my purchase so far. It seems to heat evenly. It’s a nice, sturdy weight for the price.

I really like these fry pans. Nothing sticks to them and they appear to me to be of high quality. The instructions say not to pour cool water in a hot pan. Also, you are not supposed to put them in a dishwasher and are supposed to dry them right away. For a moment, I was put off. I don't mind, though. I let the pan cool off, then wipe with a paper towel. A dab of soap, wipe with sponge, rinse and dry. It is pretty quick and easy.

This pan is a little slow to heat up as it is recommended you start it on medium heat, but once it gets there it heats & cooks evenly. I have a glass top stove & have been looking for a reasonable priced grill pan I could safely use on it for sometime now & so far this one seem to do the job.Please note, being a vegetarian I have only grilled fruit & veggies on this pan, but don't see why it wouldn't also work well W/meat.

Needed some straight wall pans...curved side pans of same overall diameter have much less (edit: added "less" for clarity of intent) actual cooking area. These filled the bill very nicelyNice heavy construction, good heating, stayed flat without any center crowning after heavy use. Easy cleanup per instructions.I use only silicone spatulas and spoons

Heavy, not lightweight. Love the glass lids with ventilation hole. Lengthy process to unpack, wash and dry, season with oil and then wash and hand dry again. Instructions state that these are not dishwasher safe, they have to be hand washed Nd dried immediately, no air drying. It's just me and my husband so I can handle it. I like this set so far, worth the price.
