Arb Recovery Bag, Black/Orange, Small

Holds everything I need to get unstuck or help others get back on the road. I especially like that it has intuitive compartments for each strap and shackle, and I can even hold my folding shovel and my wired winch remote.

FOLLOWUP 09-25-2015: I contacted ARB support, indeed this product does have a 24 month warranty for defects in materials and craftsmanship. ARB responded quickly, next morning in fact, and have taken care of the problem. Excellent Customer Support! Up to 5-stars from 3-stars because of how quickly and professionally they responded to my warranty issue. FOLLOWUP 09-23-2015: So I have had this bag loaded for a few months now. Regrettably one of the side pockets is beginning to blow out the bottom. I have only carried two 3/4" 4.5 tons shackles in this pocket. (See image) Checking on return/replacement warranty. Docked 1-star from 4-stars to 3-stars. It is a pretty decent bag. It's price is on the high side but the quality is commensurate with the price. Nice materials, the main body is heavy duty Cordura feels like 1000 weight ballistic of close. The bottom has some rubber type material, sorry can't identify it. The inside liner bag and compartment divider are a lighter gauge Cordura nylon. My only issue is how you actually carry the bag, there is no grab handle in the lid and the shoulder strap is bar tacked. If something happens to the shoulder strap you will have to be a little creative to repair it. That said, what I have in it is a pretty tight fit in this bag. There are two sizes of this bag, this is the large. I am carrying the following items: front pocket - 1x ARB ARB725 3-1/8" x 60' Winch Extension Strap - 17600 lbs Capacity - main pocket left side - 1x ARB ARB730US 3" x 10' Tree Saver Strap - 26500 lbs Capacity main pocket right side - 1x Warn (88924) 3" x 30' Premium Recovery Strap main pocket right side - 1x ARB ARB220 Orange Recovery Damper side pocket left - 1x ARB Products 10100020 20000 lbs Snatch Block side pocket right- 3x Crosby 3/4" Size 4-3/4 Ton WLL Carbon Steel G-209 Screw Pin Anchor Shackle All of the buckles are at the end of their straps. This thing is stuffed, there is a little more room in the center of the straps but that is it. I expected this bag to fit all of ARB's heavy duty line of products, which it does but just barely. This bag could benefit from a few more cubic inches, a little more length on the buckle straps, removable shoulder strap, and as mentioned lid handle.

I recently had to use our 'recovery' gear for the first time on a Jeep expedition. We had all the right stuff... I even thought I had it organized in a larger "gym" type nylon bag. I didn't see a few things I needed in that bag. Therefore, I decided to purchase a larger bag, dedicated to 'just' our recovery equipment. This bag DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! It holds a 4" x 30' Tow Strap, a 3" x 20' Tow Strap, a tree saver, 2x Snatch Blocks, 2x Steel Shackles, 2x Soft Shackle, a hitch with shackle, a pair of gloves and might have a small bit of room for other things! I was worried if it could "take the weight" but it seems to with ease! I'm very impressed with it so far! I'm considering a second one to hold a tow rope and a few more smaller tools! Buy with confidence. ARB makes great stuff! I have a few of their other tools as well!

Great little bag. I was able to fit the ARB705 Strap, three 3/4" shackles, a 2" shackle receiver adapter, an adjustable wrench, and a pair of gloves in it easily. The outer buckle straps sinch down and prevent things from rattling around. Fits perfectly behind the driver's side rear seat in my Tacoma double cab. Great for a basic light duty / winter recovery setup.
