Persol PO9649S Aviator Sunglasses

Awesome pairs of sunglasses. These are handmade in Italy, the best quality I found so far. They look cool specially with light color hair as mine but they are so universal that I’m pretty sure they’ll go well within any shades and colores. They feel very comfortable in the hinge, and the arms are adjustable for best comfort. These are NOT polarized but The lenses are quite similar to my polarized pair because of their sharpness. Came in a nice Box including warranty and a Persol cleaning cloth. Some commentators spoke negatively to the bridge structure, and because it is built in a way that tends to break up / crack. it should be understood that this structure is deliberately cracked And held with a metallic connector in the body of the bridge to produce a unique feeling of comfort that you will not find in any other pair. Although these sunglasses considered as premium then you should treat them carefully, if you’re planning to Going out for a challenging bike ride take your sports sunglasses these are definitely not the pair to ware on activities. Besides, this product also transmits, among other things, an appreciation for man handmade artwork rather than a plastic piece that came out of a machine, so the product should also be treated the same way. I went to a local retailer to try on frames and loved these because of the high quality build and because they fit my wider face. Unfortunately the in-store price was way too inflated (even thought the service was great). Ordered them online and I am loving them! I was able to find the exact frame/lens color combo that I wanted by looking up the product codes on the inside of the arm.

They are a little light in weight. I am use to more heavy and sturdy weight in sun glasses (Tom Ford, Gucci, Ferragamo etc.) however these glasses I like for the style and reduced price.

Persol glasses are the best on the market, I have several pair, always have. These fit perfectly, great customer service and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

The glasses are fantastic but the 55mm are really big not like you're standing 55. My parent came with bent arms and fingerprints all over the lenses.

I just received my pair today, I bought the Havana with the Crystal brown polarized lenses and they are beautiful and fit like a dream! I had major reservations ordering these based on a lot of reviews stating that they are fakes but the pair that I received are 100% genuine and brand new! No scratches, no smudges, they have glass lenses and were hand made in Italy! Mine shipped directly from Amazon and not a dealer so maybe that makes a difference but I couldn't be any happier that I was able to buy a pair of these beauties at half the price of the ones that I almost purchased at a local optician!

Such a steal-these are normally more expensive in other websites so we were surprised to find them for such a good deal. Super comfortable, stylish, well made shades that will last you years. Highly recommend.

Objectively, these are not the same condition you’ll find in a retail store. These are likely returns, or some other type of “factory seconds.” I ordered two pair to try different lens sizes. One pair was extremely crooked - they may have been salvageable by a good optician, but I wasn’t keen on having to do that. The other pair was stretched out: with the temples extended it looked like 3 sides of a trapezoid, not a square. And that is my main point: they’re all different - you may get a perfect pair! At this price it may be worth a shot.
