This natural ingredient pain relief works nicely for my back which I sprained from sleeping the wrong way. I was surprised at how a cream could come close to my previous one that I have been using for the past years not to mention the time the relief starts to kick in which by the way isn't long. the consistency is pretty just like the the one's at the stores which is gel feeling but the relief is a tad stronger though. I also noticed it didn't stain my clothes when rubbing it on my back. definitely a pretty good natural alternative to the store mid to high ones.

Excellent product, it actually works, to my surprise it has amazing results. After try numerous other brands this was my last try and it works. Significantly less knee pain able to walk better. It anyone has joint discomfort give this a try it may help.

Hi, just wanted to say that this gel has helped me very much. I've had several knee surgeries done and go through days with bad arthritis pain & swelling. I've tried at least 8-10 different creams, gels & sprays with some relief until I tried activene. It's the only one that I can say that the pain is gone. I love the fact that it's light and quickly disappears into the skin & not thick and sticky. I'm very satisfied with the product that I bought 1 for my mom that alsi has had multiple back surgeries and had to admit that she has never received so much relief and loves the menthol. I can only say the only negative thing would be is there isn't a larger size. . Thsbk you for the product and hopefully I see a larger size one day..

I really enjoy using this product after runs. It allows my legs to feel so fresh and it’s almost like I have an ice pack on them! I typically use it on my shins and calf muscles since those will feel a little stiff and this really helps bring comfort to that area. I also love how it rubs in. It’s a lotion rather than jelly like other products I’ve used!

Wish it was working. I don't need pain relief, just swelling reduction which it has had No effect on my elbow at all. Smells good.
