Used on hands and feet, never noticed any scent, did help my skin.

It’s water base! No good for dry skin
It’s WATER base... if you read ingredient which I made the mistake of not reading it says “aqua” which means ppl with really bad dry skin it won’t work... it needs to be oil based ...
