Love this pan. Used it to make Japanese Milk Bread (used it three times already). Bread came out great. Pan is solid, easy to use and cleans easily. Lid slides off smoothly. I’m picky when it comes to quality; it’s a five star rating!

I make a lot of homemade artisan bread and this pan by far is perfect for my needs I haven't had any issues with the dough coming out of the bottom hole and my bread is nicely toasted on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The reason I like it so much is because it fits in some of my air fryer ovens and it also fits in my RV oven. The surface is definitely non-stick I love the removable lid for second rising. It's the perfect size for two people to have a nice sandwich loaf of bread. I love the design on the bread from the groove marks. I'll probably get another one just to have on hand so I can make two loaves at once.
