The bag is a good size but let down by a flimsy zip. If the zip was of a better quality I would give 5 stars

It’s a bag not case. It’s lightweight option to get handles on a bike box. If you fly domestically with American Airlines as of sometime last year up until now (Jan 2021) they charge normal baggage for bikes under 120” HxWxL and under 50lbs or roughly 22kg. This bag is some 90 something inches of relatively durable nylon. I opted for this bag because my plastic bike case Loaded with my Tri bike is much heavier than 50 and would accrue an oversized item fee. There is no structure to this bag which is why I loaded it with a cardboard bike box. I had to trim it off the top but the bike box from a recently purchased beach cruiser provided a snug and slightly compressed fit. A cardboard box is okay...this bag is okay; Nonetheless, with some pool noodles together they all work wonderfully. I found this set up more economically efficient when I travel domestically with my fixed gear or vintage roadie, however when if I’m loading the prettier bikes in my stable or if I’m flying internationally, and I know I’m going over 22kg, I’ll opt for my heavier and sturdier bike box.

Quality not great. 1st use lots of holes. Transported bike on plane

Sent bike through airlines, had holes in bag. man they are reckless, bike made the 4 thousand mile trip with little damage. Improve on the materials. Best part is being able to take bag on your shoulders.

Arrived with a tear in the seam that I didn’t see until days later. It’s light weight, but not good for any long haul.
