What are these made of? The photos look like metal, the description says food grade plastic?

They are made of metal. They also do not come with any instructions on the flower assembly and they are not labeled as to which flower each set is for. I had to go back to the listing and print off the picture

What is the maximum size of each flower mold? I want to use them to make cookies.

Not large I can measure when I get home for you out of town now. I don’t think they would be strong enough for cookies they got out of shape easily doing him paste. You would need to be very careful with stiffer cookie dough
