I got the left button double-click issue on my Asus M5 mouse only 2 month and a half of usage. So much for the 50-million-clicks feature I thought... But no worries, I bought some extra Omron switches for replacement. You have to remove 6 screws to reach the damn switches, and I can't put into words how much I felt cheated when I realized that this switches cannot be hot swapped, as they are soldered.I believe this is a case of false advertisement as it clearly states on Asus' website that this mouse features a push-fit socket design for easy swapping. It's a trap! Don't fall for it.

Build was with i7-9700/RTX 2060 and it worked perfectly out of the box (November 19th 2021)! Didn’t need to update bios and install was easy just watch videos if it’s your first time like me lol. Not to mention no parts were broken and looks great!! Was skeptic abt it cause people reviewed it saying it was faulty and broken.. just make sure you buy it directly from Amazon and it will be fine..

I built my new computer Aug 22. I wanted to do the review to really get to know the board. I got 16G of Corsair 3000 ram and Intel 9400 processor. I GTX 750 video card. I don't game anymore. Got WD 500 BLACK M.2 3 GEN SSD. 3400 READ/2900 WRITE. Everything is working great. NO COMPLAINTS. Bluetooth AND WIFI work as the should. Could not ask for more stable computer. Factal Design Define 5s case. Computer runs 24/7. NEVER A GLITCH.UPDATE: Still awesome. WIFI running spot on and I'm using PROTONVPN. EVERYTHING is running perfect. I'm 58 and I have been building computers since 1998. I know what I'm doing and this is an all round great computer. I stream internet movies fast Suddenlink fastest internet connection. I can't find ANYTHING wrong with this set up. I'm actually bored because I just turn it on and everything works. I have had so many computers I have had to work on, something glitches, but this is as stable as my Note 9 Samsung. LOL I run mine 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I reboot for Windows updates and after I run my cleaning program, WISECLEANER 365. That's it. Never turn it off. I'm typing on it right now with DASkeyboard. Just so stable. I must say, I'm proud to have built it.

I wanted to replace an old D66-00069 optical mouse from microsoft with something that was more responsive but not overly "ergonomic". This fit the bill quite nicely. I love the the speed and precision. Having the two extra mouse buttons on top is also a nice feature of the mouse. Too many other mice have the buttons on the side making it all too easy to press them by accident. I also like that the textured side grips are NOT rubberized or too indented. Overall, the construction and comfort are not bad either.For those of you who just want to adjust the RGB effect or turn it off search the web for asus 'aura' download it off their website. With the aura service you can set your RGB settings for the mouse and other ASUS products (or turn them off). I usually just end the process(es) in task manager after I'm done with the program as the settings will be saved. You do not need the Armory II unless you want to program the two mouse buttons. If you ask me, that 'program suite' is a horrible resource hog -> don't download it.Cons:-Mouse clicks are more audible than they need to be-The scroll wheel is rubberized- minor gripe-The back part for the palm rest is a bit of an odd shape but so far this is not much of an issue.-Plastic could be a bit more solid, but I really doubt it will break anytime soon.
