The directions were very clear and easy to follow, and the process itself didn’t take long. After one full descaling cycle, I could immediately tell a difference. My machine ran smoother, brewed faster, and my coffee tasted noticeably better. Pros: – Easy to use with clear instructions – Worked well after just one cycle – Improved taste and brewing performance – No strong or lingering chemical smell Cons: – You do need to rinse thoroughly afterward (as expected with any descaler) Overall, this did exactly what it was supposed to do and made my machine feel like new again. Works great and easy to understand. However, Amazon mess up with my order, I only got 1 bottle instead of 2 bottles but got a full refund of this product

This stuff works and helps remove the scaling that comes from regular use in an area with hard or mineralized water. Use as the directing say because its strong stuff.

I does the same thing as Kuerig branded descaler, but for less money. It cleaned my coffee maker, and will last a while since its 2 bottles, each with 2 uses.
